Hawkesyard Annunciation

Part of the Annunciation window in the 19th-century former Dominican chapel at Hawkesyard, Staffordshire. The presence of Christ on the Cross is a reminder that Christ was born for our salvation, which He accomplished by his death and resurrection. The Father and the Spirit also present in this window reminds us that salvation in Christ means that we share the Trinitarian life and become "partakers in the divine nature" (2 Pet 1:4).
